We are looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager. The candidate for this position must not only be an experienced in Project Management and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), but also have experience in managing projects specific to the domain of Digital Transformation, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, and automation.

Purpose of the Position:

This Technical Project Manager is needed to provide expertise in planning and presales support
and lead project management for growing number of leads and opportunities pertaining the Digital
Transformation domain from (a) our key customers and (b) TTS-E internal requirements at
regional or global level, to enhance work cost efficiency.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead and
manage projects focused on Digital Transformation, Generative AI, Machine Learning
implementation, and automation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding
of digital technologies, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:

o Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource
allocation.
o Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Management:
o Collaborate with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to
align project goals with business objectives.
o Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Technology Implementation:

o Oversee the implementation of Generative AI, Machine Learning models, and
automation solutions.
o Ensure the integration of these technologies into existing systems and processes.

Resource Management:
o Identify project resource needs and allocate resources, accordingly, ensuring that the
right people are assigned to the right tasks.
o Monitor resource utilization and adjust assignments as necessary to ensure project
success.

Risk Management:
o Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
o Monitor project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Change Control / Scope Management:
o Identify deviations and changes to defined project scope and planning.
o Address to the project stakeholders and Coordinate and control with project team, in a
timely manner when Change of Scope or Plan is identified.
o Ensure to follow clear Change Process (or establish with stakeholders if flow is lacking)
to steer and control the required Scope Changes and Deviations.
o Identify required resources to manage the Change, including gap analysis,
countermeasure design, and obtaining stakeholder approval and commitments.
Change Management:

o Lead and/or support change management efforts in project customers’ organizations,
to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
o Provide training and support to teams to facilitate the transition.
Quality Assurance:

o Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
o Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Performance Monitoring:

o Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
o Analyse project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

o Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Digital Transformation,
Generative AI, Machine Learning, and automation.
o Propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business
growth.
Secondary Responsibilities:

• Support Pre-sales coordination where required by Customer Success (Sales/Presales teams)
o Visualize coordination activities, including but not limited to, expectations, steps and
milestones, planned schedule and actual progress.
o Establish cadence and report visualization to lead/opportunity stakeholders.
o Support Customer Success in visualizing elements for project proposals, including but
not limited to project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget.
• Backup other Project Managers and PMO functions when needed (e.g. during temporary
capacity issues) and if possible while assuring fulfilment of Primary Responsibilities.
o Sample list of PMO functions:
▪ Maintain overview on all the project handle by TTS-E involving resources.
▪ Allocate and control resources time spent on project.

Overall projects planning (high level)
▪ Constant follow up across multiple teams to centralize all information.
▪ Internal coordination across teams
▪ Support standardizing the company processes/flows and templates.
▪ Kaizen constantly TTS-E “way of working”
▪ Issue identification and reporting to management.
▪ Projects status and employee time allocation reporting to management.
▪ Opportunities and Projects identification and management, in collaboration with
(supporting) Customer Success team.


Competencies & Skills:

- ITIL4 Foundation.

- MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)

- At least one of the following (or equivalent competency):
o ITIL4 Managing Professional
o Project Management Professional
o Prince 2
o Prince 2 Agile
o Certified Scrum Master
o Master of Science in Project Management

Soft Skills:
• English Professional level (verbal and written)
o Any additional language is an asset (especially Japanese)
• Logical and problem-solving mindset, even under high workload (stress resistant)
• Strong ability in information research and documentation/archiving
• Good people skills – able to express and support technical issues and requirements to
non-technical people.
• Excellent communication skills
• Establish good communication and relation with business owners and users.
• Well-structured verbal and written communication in support operation and
reporting
• Willingness to work over-time and/or travel to outside location when necessary.
• Understanding of large Japanese corporate environment and culture is a plus.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or
a related field.
o A master’s degree in related field is a plus.
• 5 years or more proven experience in managing digital transformation projects, with a focus
on AI, Machine Learning, and automation.
o 3 years (minimum) experience can be considered subject to historical achievements
and performance.
