Main Tasks

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of Network Strategy and Design assuring scope management and QCD (Key Performance Indicator) including communication and documentation quality (Q), budget (C), and delivery timelines (D).

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Allocate project resources and monitor resource utilization.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Unit to secure budgeting for provisioning requirements and ensure customer satisfaction (Key Goal Indicator).

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.

• Oversee project execution and ensure that project tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Manage relationships with project stakeholders and communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders.

• Ensure project deliverables are completed, accepted, and signed off by stakeholders.

• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices and apply them to future projects.

Expected scope of activities (subject to change depending on customer steering):

• Network Strategy and Planning

• Network Architecture Design and Management (Operational [Requirements only])

• Technology Evaluation and Adoption

• Critical IT Infrastructure, including but not limited to Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPNs, and other security measures

• Wired and Wireless Network Equipment, including but not limited to Switches, Routers, Gateways, Cables, Controllers, Access points, and Bridges

• Servers, Storage, and Hardware Appliances, essential for hosting and managing network services

• Software and Services, including but not limited to DHCP, DNS, SNMP, and network monitoring tools

• Disaster Recovery, incorporating preventive measures to handle server failures, physical damages, hardware failures, or human errors

Functions and Tasks to be fulfilled throughout all assignments:

• Project Planning:

o Work with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget.

o Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and communicate updates and changes as needed.

• Stakeholder Management:

o Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including customers, sponsors, vendors, and team members.

o Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, and manage their expectations.

• Risk Management:

o Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

o Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans and communicate them to stakeholders.

• Project Execution:

o Oversee project execution and monitor progress against project plans.

o Ensure that project tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

o Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during project execution.

• Resource Management:

o Identify project resource needs and allocate resources, accordingly, ensuring that the right people are assigned to the right tasks.

o Monitor resource utilization and adjust assignments as necessary to ensure project success.

• Change / Scope Management:

o Identify deviations and changes to defined project scope and planning.

o Address to the project stakeholders and Coordinate and control with project team, in a timely manner when Change of Scope or Plan is identified.

o Ensure to follow clear Change Management flow (or establish with stakeholders if flow is lacking) to steer and control the required Change.

o Identify required resources to manage the Change, including gap analysis, countermeasure design, and obtaining stakeholder approval and commitments.

• Toll/Quality Gates and Project Closure:

o Ensure that project deliverables are completed, accepted, and signed off by stakeholders.

o Ensure smooth handover to Operations/Maintenance responsible party or handover to Customer.

o Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices and apply them to future projects.

Secondary Tasks

Support other Network domain Projects within TTS-E activity scope, where needed.

• Understand the basics of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) to effectively communicate with technical teams.

• Be able to review network-related project documentation, ensuring it aligns with project requirements and goals.

Support Pre-sales coordination where required by Customer Success (Sales/Presales)

• Visualize coordination activities, including but not limited to, expectations, steps and milestones, planned schedule and actual progress

• Establish cadence and report visualization to lead/opportunity stakeholders.

• Support Customer Success in visualizing elements for project proposals, including but not limited to project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget

Backup the PMO role when needed in the following functions:

• Keep an overview on all the project handle by TTS-E involving resources.

• Allocate and control resources time spent on project.

• Overall projects planning (high level)

• Constant follow up across multiple teams to centralize all information.

• Internal coordination across teams

• Standardize the company processes/flows and templates.

• Kaizen constantly TTS-E “way of working”

• Issue identification and reporting to management.

• Projects status and employee time allocation reporting to management

• Project ID definition with AM team

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 3 years experience as Project Manager in IT projects, including mandatory experience in network infrastructure projects.

• Understanding or interest in IT sector or technologies

REQUIRED DEGREES/DIPLOMAS

• Master’s degree in informatics or similar relevant working experience

• Network Infrastructure Competencies:

o [Mandatory] CCNA: Intermediate-level Cisco certification that demonstrates basic competence in configuring, operating, and troubleshooting routed networks.
